Physical Products

We offer a 30-day refund policy for physical items such as merchandise. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products—including songs, digital courses, and other downloadable or streamable content—are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we are unable to offer refunds on any digital items, even if they were purchased by mistake.
